Digital membership
Membership grants immediate access to digital resources, the member dashboard and the community. Because access is delivered instantly, the Founding Member fee is generally non-refundable once your membership has been activated.
When we do refund
We will refund your fee where a payment was duplicated, where a technical failure prevented your membership from being activated, or where a payment was made without your authorisation and this is confirmed by the payment provider.
How to request a refund
Email join@vayadriveclub.com within 14 days of payment with the email address used to register and the date of payment. We aim to review every request within five working days.
