About VAYA

Built by people who believe drivers deserve better.

VAYA Drivers Club began with a simple observation: the people who move Africa every day have almost no structured support behind them.

Our mission

To empower every professional driver in Africa

We give drivers the education, welfare information, community and opportunity they need to build a better life — starting with a single, affordable membership.

VAYA is not a ride-hailing company and we are not an employer. We are a membership club: a structure that stands beside drivers, invests in their skills, and opens doors that were previously closed.

Everything we build is measured against one question — does this make a driver's life measurably better?

Our values

What guides every decision

Dignity first

Driving is a profession. We treat it like one, always.

Integrity

Clear pricing, honest promises, no hidden conditions.

Learning

Knowledge is the fastest route to a better income.

Togetherness

No driver should have to face the road alone.

Ambition

We build for what drivers can become, not just what they do.

African by design

Built here, for here — realities, currencies and roads.

Our approach

Five pillars, one promise

Protect. Grow. Own. Rise. Community. Every programme we run belongs to one of these.

Protect

Welfare, security and support

Grow

Education and financial literacy

Own

The road to your own vehicle

Rise

Careers, leadership, opportunity

Community

From the founder

"We are not here to disrupt drivers. We are here to back them. If a driver joins VAYA and, a year later, earns more, worries less and can see a path to owning the vehicle they drive — then we have done our job."
