Information we collect
When you register we collect your full name, email address, mobile and WhatsApp numbers, country, state, city and driver category. If you were referred by another member we also record the referral code you entered.
We collect basic technical information such as device type and browser, which helps us keep the platform secure and working well on the devices drivers actually use.
How we use your information
We use your information to create and manage your membership, issue your Member ID, provide access to the learning centre and community, send membership communications, and respond to support requests.
We may use aggregated, anonymised information to understand how the club is growing and where to invest next.
Payments
Membership payments are processed by a regulated third-party payment provider. VAYA does not receive or store your full card details at any time.
Sharing your information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate the platform (such as hosting and payment providers), and only to the extent needed to deliver the service, or where required by law.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing join@vayadriveclub.com. Deleting your account will end your membership and access to member resources.
Data security
Your information is stored on encrypted infrastructure with access controls that limit who inside VAYA can view member data. No system is perfect, but we take this responsibility seriously.
